| Injection Molding Department: One of the largest in Europe with more than 300 state-of-the-art injection molding machines, among them machines using materials of 2, 3 or 4 different colors. Production continues in three shifts 24 hours a day. Every day, approximately 5 million individual parts are produced, amounting to a total of about 80 million parts per month. Annual raw material requirement: approximately 15.000 metric tons. Assembly: Features state-of-the-art packaging machines. Constant weight checks make it nearly impossible to pack an item with parts of it missing. On average, approximately 110,000 finished items are packed. High-rack warehouse: Dimensions: app 460 x 260 x 100 ft fully automated Capacity: 50.000 pallets of 45 cubic feet each for components and finished products Dispatch area: 30 truck loading bays. Production is computer-controlled throughout the entire building. |
